Diamond Electric Co., Ltd. established the Company through a sole-share transfer and listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Diamond Electric Co., Ltd. was delisted in Sep. 2018).
Established Diamond Electric Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Hanoi, Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Diamond Electric Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, subscribed to a third-party allotment of shares by Tabuchi Electric Co., Ltd., and by acquiring 66.90% of the shares, the company and its seven subsidiaries became consolidated subsidiaries of the Company.
PT. Diamond Electric Indonesia started operation in Java, Republic of Indonesia.
The Company acquired the shares of Tabuchi Electric Co., Ltd., owned by Diamond Electric Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of one of its subsidiaries.
At the same time, Tabuchi Electric Co., Ltd. became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company through executing a share exchange.
As a result, the Company's stock has been listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, upgrading from the Second Section.
A strategic split between the Company's main operating businesses, Diamond Electric Corporation (split company) and Tabuchi Electric Co., Ltd. (successor company).
The successor company name became Diamond & Zebra Electric Mfg. Co., Ltd. and Tabuchi Electronics Industry Co., Ltd. changed its name to Zebra Denshi Co.,Ltd.
The Company acquired 100 % of the shares of Craft Corporation (current Diamond Craft Co., Ltd.), making it one of Company's group company.
