Diamond Electric Indonesia started operation in Java, Republic of Indonesia.<\/p>\n          <\/span>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/li>\n      <li class=\"p-history__item\">\n        <div class=\"p-history__item__head c-poppins -regular\">2019<\/div>\n        <div class=\"p-history__item__body c-txt01\" style=\"width:100%;\">\n          <span class=\"text\">\n            <span class=\"month\" style=\"min-width:5em;\">October<\/span>\n            <p>The Company acquired the shares of Tabuchi Electric Co., Ltd., owned by Diamond Electric Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of one of its subsidiaries.<br>At the same time, Tabuchi Electric Co., Ltd. became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company through executing a share exchange.<br>As a result, the Company's stock has been listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, upgrading from the Second Section.<\/p>\n          <\/span>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/li>\n      <li class=\"p-history__item\">\n        <div class=\"p-history__item__head c-poppins -regular\">2021<\/div>\n        <div class=\"p-history__item__body c-txt01\" style=\"width:100%;\">\n          <span class=\"text\">\n            <span class=\"month\" style=\"min-width:5em;\">October<\/span>\n            <p>A strategic split between the Company's main operating businesses, Diamond Electric Corporation (split company) and Tabuchi Electric Co., Ltd. (successor company).<br>\n              The successor company name became Diamond &amp; Zebra Electric Mfg.
